I Have Chf And It Has Flared Up I Was

I have chf and it has flared up I was in hospital for 4 days. Then sent me home with laxis but it seems not to be working. The inflammation that started in my abdomen is now in my stomach and chest. I have what looks like varicose veins running up my abdomen and where I have had surgery there is big knots. Now the lines are moving up.my stomach. Today I also threw up black tar looking liquid. No diarrhea at this time.
