I Have Chronic Angina, Afib, Congestive Heart Failure, Previous Massive

I have chronic angina, Afib, congestive heart failure, previous massive heart attack in the LAD artery & 9 stents. I am in stage 3 kidney disease and presently undergoing weekly iron sucrose IV therapy. I had my ilium removed years ago because of severe Crohn's disease. Currently, I am taking 400mg injections of Cimzia monthly. I have had an elevated liver enzyme count for the past 20 years and have trouble metabolizing proteins of any kind. My cardiologist wants me to take Ranexa. Is it safe for me to take this drug given by kidney & liver problems?
