I Have Chrons Disease And Have Had No Issues For

I have chrons disease and have had no issues for the last three years. Over the last 3 months I've been having particles in my urine. Recently I noticed it is food particles and I have had several boils in the vaginal area and pus filled bumps. Could this be a fistula and is it severe to have food in urine?
