I Have Crampy Pains Esp. In Lower Left Aspect Of Tummy
I am 30 weeks pregnant + this morning started to get crampy pains esp. in lower left aspect of tummy. Have had 3 episodes of stools that look dark in pan but on wiping notice they are dark green in colour. No vomits.

It seems that this may be due to constipation or some gastro intestinal infection.
Take anti spasmodic like meftal spas and if no improvement consult your obst.
