I Have Dark Spots On My Face, What Could Be The Posssible Cause Of This ?

I have dark spots on my face , what could be the possible causes and what could be the treatment for this problem I have a client with dark spots on her face and some clinicians suggested a test for leprosy , is this true? What could be the posssible cause of this dark spots on the face ?

Dark spots are mostly due to hyperpigmentation- overactivity of the melanocytes. Leprosy is associated with hypopigmented patches with a sensory loss. Yours are most probably due to a pigmentation problem that can be effectively treated with the laser therapy.
