I have developed knee pain. It does not hurt to bend my knee, but it does hurt when I need to twist the knee -- such as putting lotion on the bottom of my foot. I exercise 6 days a week on a Treadclimber, with it set on the lowest incline. I began this exercise regime the first of April. I am overweight, 59 years old, female. Do I rest the knee or work it off?
