I Have Developed Piles Recently And Sometimes It Bleeds And

I have developed piles recently and sometimes it bleeds and sometimes it doesn't. My family doctor suggested me to have osil capsule for 3 weeks and osil cream for local application, he also told me to have Enzoheal-D for 5 days and Lynx-500 for 5 days. It didn't help me as I am extremely constipated. I am unable to eat any fruit or lemon as I am a chronic patient of Asthma and COPD and allergic to any fruit, tomatoes, curd etc. Please suggest me what to do.
