I Have Diabetes And Was Operated For 3 Blocked Arteries

I have diabetes and was operated for 3 blocked arteries over two years ago.At present,waiting to meet my cardiologist on august 10. After walking at a moderate pace I feel slightly breathless ,but the uncomfortable goes awayin 2-3 minutes. Also while climbing up the stairs ,it feels the same
Also take valsartan ,amoldipine ,bisoporol.when my physician checked,twice,blood pressure was high.walking out in sunlight or slight heat ,immediately get a headache nausea gas.also have acid reflux and depression. Can I have heart attack or stroke?I am 60 year old female
