I Have Dizziness And I Am Having My 1st Day Of Menses

i am having my 1st day of menses today. Early this morning i was in bed and my head was spinning and it felt like i was going to fell off my bed. I stayed in bed til i was feeling better but when i moved my head to the left i felt like my head was spinning again.. It got better during the later part of the morning but i still feel giddy/dizzy...i am anemic by the way. But this is the first time i experienced such spinning. I am 44 yrs old.

Dizziness can be caused by anaemia ;postural hypotension ;even vision disturbances due to eye sight defect and cervical spondilitis. Please get examined by a doctor to conclude your disease & decide treatment.you may also have to be investigated;please visit a doctor.
