I Have Dizziness And Quickened Heartbeat

Hello. I am a 16 year old girl, and I have been suffering from almost constant dizziness for about three weeks now. My heartbeat quickens sometimes, too, even though I am not doing anything at all. Do you know what could be wrong (if anything is wrong at all)?

The Diziness and Palpitatons are caused by many reasons.
U consult the Physician and get ECG and thyroid test done,if its normal,u may be suffering from Anxiety,
Get back with Test results.
