I Have Dry And Peeling Skin, What Can Be The Problem Behind This ?
Hi. I have dry and peeling skin on my breasts, arms and abdomen . The rest of the body has scaly skin. When its really dry, it itches. This started couple of weeks from now. If I apply moisturiser, the skin becomes dry again within 1-2 hrs. I have never had this problem before. What can be the problem?
