I Have Elevated Level Of Homo-cysteine In My Blood. Right Medication?

Hi sir, I have elevated level o f Homocysteine in my blood. It is 14.2 umo1/L. I am advised to take one tablet daily of CYSTINA or Homochek but I wonder, these medicines are not easily available perhaps because these products are from lesser known company. Can you please advise me any easily available product and also tell me how long I need to take it? Can I take it throughout my life? Are there any side-effects of these?
