Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum
Hormonal disturbances affect ones body (most often menses) and mind (like mood swings) at the same time. You must see gynaecologist for an examination and do the tests adviced. Most commonly weakness, sickfeeling, irregular menses indicate hythyroidism. So please see a doctor without wasting much time.
Takcare.

Hi
LIke i said befor, the symptoms you are experiencing can be due to - a thyroid disorder, uterine fibroid, endometriosis, anemia...all of the above cause heavy menses, and further cause anemia leading to weakness and so on. Please do the following tests- CBC, T3, T4, TSH, Abdominal USG and visit a gynaecologist for an examination
Meanwhile take a balanced diet, rich in red-orange fruits, Figs (anjeer) & dates are good sources of iron , which you need right now and even later when you get pregnant.
For abdominal cramps you may use ice-packs. Drink plenty of fluids and keep your bladder & bowel clear.

Remember if there is any of the above condition present, you may not be able to conceive , also you are not fit enough to conceive at this moment.

Takecare.
