I Have Fissure And Piles For Last 2 Year

i have fissure and piles for last 2 year approx. one before a year there was bleeding but stopped after medicine , now for last 30 days there is bleeding while stool . i have taken moxicip 1 tab daily for 10 days. when i stopped this bleeding starts again ,now i am taking pause 500 for 7 days there was no bleeding ,but blood comes again today. does it curable by medicine????????

if u have constipation and ur stool is not soft so start taking tab. tab.dulcolax 5mg 2 at night for 10 days
Tab. pilex one tab twice a day
Oint. pilex to be applied before and after evacuation of the bowel.wash the applicator with soap and warm water.
Tab. Cipro tz 1 tab twice a day for 5 days
