Hello Dr. I am 23 years old guy. I have got Incurrring Black spots on my whole legs starting from top of my hips ? is it due to the Hairs which i have on my legs ? any simple cure for this please ? thank you

I am not able to visualise the problem. Balck spots can be anything. hair cannot lead to black spots.
I suggest u go to a dermat and get it seen
