Let us be clear that the physical examination and the symptoms of the patient are more important to determine the indication of the surgery than the CT reports. The doctor treats the patient?s symptoms and discomfort rather than the findings of the CT scan. He would require surgery once the bone and cartilage growth has attained adult proportions. Till then he can continue with the medications prescribed to him. it would be better if you get the scans evaluated by an ENT specialist. However , we can give the opinion if you can send the CT report.
