I Have Had Fibromyalgia For 20 Odd Years, Now I

I have had Fibromyalgia for 20 odd years, now I find it has taken its toll, I've also have Arthritis, bit of Parkinson's, muscle dereation, lower back pain, which I was told the 3+4th vertebrae, just doing like standing making a cup of tea is extremely painful I actually feel the pain working its way up, is surgery the best option or what should I do, as I'm getting to the stage that life's not worth handling all this pain for years, I was also turned down for a powered wheelchair after 1 visit from a physio that said i didn't need 1 I've been house bound now for 5 years, so please tell me what can I do..
