I Have Had A Hpv Polyp Since I Was 17

I have had a hpv polyp since I was 17 raped married 30yrs widow and had boyfriends I never knew it was there no dr ever told me many paps and three boys. no one ever got warts but during an exam a dr found it 7yrs ago still no one said anything about it except I had it Does that mean I have had this virus for yrs and I'm contagious? I'm dating and am celibate right now but at some time I may want a physical relationship
