I Have Had A Spinal Shot To Reduce Problems With

I have had a spinal shot to reduce problems with my lower spine and a lack of muscle control. I also see a neurologist who has had me on Primidone for several years. When I strain at bowel, my tremors increase and my blood pressure drops. Is there a more suitable medication. My lower spine has degenerative vertibra with a 60 percent loss of space for the nerve but no leg pain. I have felt the left leg was not mine or at least was sluggish. Surgery on the spine would not correct the problem s I'm having the back surgeon told me. He advised the injection to work on the leg nerves, bowel nerves and bladder nerves. With bowel strain my tremor increases and I was surprised that my blood pressure was so low. Is Primidone the best medication for the tremors? I get so out of sorts with each bowel movement. The tremor is so bad my neck muscles hurt, the long muscles from the back to the head. The original injury was a tobbogon accident where my tail bone was broken. How is this all related? Thanks Barbara
