I Have Had A Stroke, diabetes And Now Parkinson. Which One Is Keeping Me Awake At Nights?

I have had a stroke, diabetis and now parkinsons. Which one is keeping me awake at nights? The stroke was 6 years ago when they discovered diabetis. Parkinsons started approx 12-18 months but it is not caused by the stroke. Every night I am asleep by 10pm but wake for a couple of hours around 3.30am. I am 60 and have always slept well in past. How can I tell which problem is keeping me awake in the night.

I think you just have to add a 4th problem to your list of medical problems - insomnia. I would try Melatonin first, it is over the counter and does not cause excess drowsiness in the morning.
