I Have Had A Swollen Posterior Cervical Node For About

I have had a swollen posterior cervical node for about a little over a month now. It had shrunk and came back about 1 week ago. Went to the dentist and he said my upper wisdom teeth should be removed. Some days it seems smaller then other days. I probably feel it 20-30 times a day as it has me worried. My GP did my physical about 4 weeks ago and thought it was from an inflamed throat. My blood work came back good and I have been feeling great. Anything I should be worried about
