I Have Had A Urinary Infection And Been On A

I have had a urinary infection and been on a course of 500mg celaphlexin twice daily...have finished the antibiotic but have awful burning feel low in my bladder area , it does not pain to urinate anymore,also i feel over anxious about it and wonder if it is just a reaction or if i should go back to my Dr,or if the infection may not have cleared properly. I am 62 yrs old female.
