I Have Had A Uti And Felt Is Cleared Up

I have had a uti and felt is cleared up with medication. After a few days I started feeling the same. Now I have very little pain when I wake up with initial void. Throughout the day I feel good as I don't work and I'm usually sitting and not on my feet. I notice while I am up cooking dinner I start having pain and the urgency to void. I have urethral pain following this. After I am in bed off my feet for about an hour it eases up. Could this be very small kidney stones?
