I Have Had Bloody Stools And Pain In Different Parts Of The Abdomen. Can This Be Piles ?

I have had a little blood in my stool since the last 10 days. There is sudden pain in different parts of the abdomen. The blood is bright red to dark brown in color. I have no history of piles, The CBC blood test was normal except that the ESR was 18 (0-10) Can this be piles ? I am taking only fresh fruits and rice since many days, My age is 25

YOU MAY HAVE INTERNAL PILES. IF YOU HAVE CONSTIPATION THEN REMOVE THAT. AVOID SPICY FOOD ,FRY FOOD , CHILLY. ALSO YOU HAVE TO CONSULT GOOD SURGON TO RULE OUT BLEEDING CAUSE WHETHER IT.S PILES OR INTERNAL BLEEDING.

Hello and welcome to healthcare forum.
As per your complain it seems that you are having some gastrointestinal infection and not piles as you also have abdominal pain which is usually not present alonge with piles. To know the exact microorganism you will require test of stool for culture and sensitivity.
You will also require ultra sonography of abdomen.
Consult your doctor with these reports, so that he can start appropriate treatment for you.
