I Have Had Constipation For The Past Week. I Took

I have had constipation for the past week. I took sodium nitrate as well as enema which did relieve somewhat. During the enema it was very painful felt like I was passing a body organ (bladder). My blood pressure has be high for the past few weeks. Today 182/112. I weigh 198. I am 6ft. I excercise 3x at minimum per week which includes weights and cardio. I take Losartan Potassium 50mg daily for the past two weeks. Today there was blood in my semen which concerns me. I do have MS as well. I take Tysabri for MS. Please advise.
