I Have Had Cysts On My Bikini Line Since 13

I have had cysts on my bikini line since 13 years of age. Very very painful and embarrassing. I have self diagnosed myself with HS,and I am left with purple and red scars all over my bikini line and inner thighs. These are horrific to me and even though I still get outbreaks of cysts, I can manage them by using alcohol and bandaids. I CANNOT however deal with these hideous embarrassing scars anymore (I'm 18 now so some are 5-6 years old). ANY remedies?
