I Have Had Discharge For Around 9-10 Months It Happened

I have had discharge for around 9-10 months it happened after the condom broke. He did not ejaculate inside of me. I went to the doctor for a well womans check up and nothing was wrong, but now I have a slight fishy smell along with the discharge. Im thinking BV but why didnt it come up in the test.I am going to the gyno next week. I just want this smell gone. I have never had an std or anything I also have never had a smell. Any advice will be appreciated.
