I Have Had Headaches,tenderness To My Full Body,back Pains, Etc. Am I Pregnant?

I have been feeling sick I have had headaches,tenderness to my full body,back pains,chest pains,I fart a lot, always hungry and if I don t eat I will get hunger pains. At first I had a loss of appetite every time that I will eat because eating will cause me to vomit, but nothing ever came out becuase I didn t eat! After forcing myself to eat , I became extremely hungry .what is this?

You can perform a simple urine test to know if you are pregnant. Or you may visit your doctor, who will examine you and can confirm it by very simple and quick tests.
