I am 14 years old and had recently experience a heart palpitation continuously without any reasons. please help me out to get rid of this problem.

Was it rapid, skip a beat, flutter, a palpitation has different meanings. Skipped beats aren't dangerous (causes) tachycardia or SVT anxiety... Flutter AF(atrial fibrillation, dangerous) tachycardia anxiety Rapid SVT(supra-ventricular tachycardia) hypothyroidism panick attack anxiety disorder See a doctor.
