I Have Had More Vaginal Discharge Then Usual, No Change

I have had more vaginal discharge then usual, no change in color or odor. More discharge/possible urine come out when I cough, sneeze, move quickly. I've also bee a little more sweaty down there as well and have to pee a lot more. I'm in a long distance relationship and haven't had sex since December when I saw him last. I've been very stressed with school. What could possibly be going on?
