I Have Had Pneumonia Followed By Bronchititis A Couple Months

I have had pneumonia followed by bronchititis a couple months later the chest xrays said enlarged heart and underexpanded lungs. this was followed by a cat scan with dye again it said enlarged heart and underexpanded lungs also there was a comment about inhomogenous thyroid. My symptoms were edema of the lower legs feet and ankles. sputum producing excessive cough fatigue. I had a complete heart scan today and they said it looked fine. What else should we be looking for?
