I Have Had Some Weird Feelings In My Right And

I have had some weird feelings in my right and left neck from my ears to my throat over the last few months... recently, on and off, I feel like when I turn my head at certain times that there is something in the way ,like a bump that a car goes over..
I am 57. slim athletic 6 ft 170 I do drink beer..(2-3 a day?) I eat fairly good.. I have had a Endoscopy a few years ago.. no issues. I do have reflux. I take no medication..
