I Have Had Three Surgeries Over The Last Two My

I have had three surgeries over the last two my because of a tibia plateau fracture (3rd on was due to a fragment of bone that knocked the joint out by 1cm) anyways that was a month ago, I was given the ok to go back to work from home Oct 1, after working this week I have been having some weird symptoms cold spells, hot spells, night sweats and a low grade fever oh and now some muscle spasms. Any recommendations?
