I Have Had Trouble Controlling Triglycerides Since I Was 25.

I have had trouble controlling triglycerides since I was 25. It has ranged, generally, from 400-2100. Statins didn't do it and I had bad side effects. Fibrates (tricor) caused oxygen probkems in extremities. Niacin exasperates idiopathic small fiber neuropathy. Lovaza and Vascepa didn't touch it. Actually since being on Vascepa triglycerides have gone from 1800 to between 7000 - 5000. HDL 17, LDL 600.
I'm just curious if there's alternative treatments. I'm diabetic, hypertensive and on multiple medications. Thanks.
