I Have Had White Patches On My Tongue, Sore Throat

I have had white patches on my tongue, sore throat and ear pain, swollen lymph nodes, a rash on my lower abdomen that comes and goes and a stabbing pain that comes and goes on my lower right side for 5 months. I have been treated for thrush with no success, given ointments for the rash and it still comes and goes and been on several antibiotics with no success. I had an artifical disc put in 6 weeks ago and was having those symptoms before the surgery
