I Have Hard Black Spots On My Thighs And I Feel Pain During Walk.Do I Need Medical Attention ?

i have black spots on my thighs, its hard and when i touch it i cant feel it. however, the surrounding area hurts and i m in pain when i walk. What do i do about this ?

Hi.. Plz visit s physician as soon as feasible for ruling out chronic infection or neuropathy.do not neglect ur symptoms.the examination itself may reach u to a diagnosis.
