I Have Headache While Not Concentrating And I Am Always Tired

i have been really tired for over a year. I do get at least 8 hours of sleep every night too. Today was really bad and i have this headache that is painful when i am NOT concentrating. Whats going on? I am only 22 and a healthy women

for a precausionary aspect, get a plain CT brain done. after that, apart from sleep, u need to have a specific routine like when u go out in sun, u must wear a scarf or cap. do not eat much oily or spicy or sweet food stuff which can aggrevate headache. have a life without stress or start doin meditation. if ur addicted to anythin then should discontinue it asap.

you are suffering from begining stage of Migraine. Regular detoxification therapies can help. Pl try this home remedy it will help u.
Jeera - 50 gms, fresh lemon juice - 20 ml, honey -75 gm. Mix all these and keep it under sun for 7 days. every day fill 20 ml of lemon juice. after 7 days take one table spoon at empty stomach with warm water. This will help u to come out of head ache easily

The cause of your headchae can be due to many reasons , first thing is to rule out anxiety disorder , other common cause in you case will be migraine, usually it is associated with nausea, vomiting, intake of cofffe, chocolate , sun exposure .So you have write the detail of your symptoms or you consult your nearest physician.
Avoid stress,solve any relationship problem and consult nearest doctor.
