I Have "hickey" Type Mark Appearing On Both Of My

I have "hickey" type mark appearing on both of my legs. I noticed the first one about 6 weeks ago, on my shin, but just assumed it was a bruise. Then about a week or so ago I noticed abother one on the top of my outer thigh. Slowly little ones have been appearing since. I'm a little worried now. They are not painful onr itchy and they are not raised. They are pink/red in color with tiny red pigmentations, mainly around the outside. I'm concerned it may be related to my ciculation as me feet are freezing 90% of the time. Varicose veins also run in the family. I'm 25 and have tiny veins appearing on my upper thigh. Please. Any help would been appreciated.
