I Have Intentionally Lost A Lot Of Weight Over The

I have intentionally lost a lot of weight over the last 2 years. As a result I have excess skin. I have started riding a bike for exercise but found I was catching an pulling pubic hair. I found a hair removal product that was safe for genitals and have used it. It seems to have worked fine, but what appears to be a small patch eczema that has appeared on my penis. Is it safe to use germinate ointment, or fucidin cream on the skin on your penis?
