I Have Itchy Rash Along Butt Crack. Suggest Me

hello. I m a 21 year old female. And i have never had a problem with my skin until now. For about a month i have had a itchy sometimes puffy rash along my butt crack . I have tried lotions and also neosporin to see if it was just dry skin but i have had no results.

hi
it look like intertrigo.
apply antibiotic and mild steroid combination twice a day
take tab cetrizine twice a day
wear loose cloth
dont rub over lesion
