I have just been told that I am menopausal; my hormone tests indicate I am postmenopausal. I have frequent digestive issues and bloat and difficulty with frequent urination - often difficulty emptying bladder fully. I am an insomniac, which has been exacerbated with frequent night sweats and a need to urinate. Can menopause symptoms mask different health concerns, like ovarian cancer? I am being treated for hypothyroidism, as well.
