I Have Just Had A Bronchoscopy. My Left Lung Was

I have just had a bronchoscopy. My left lung was filled and i had klebsiella pneumonia in my lung. I am now out of hospital but my upper back running down to my stomach has sharp gas pains all day. They said my lung is now clear but i don't kn ow why i still have the gas and pain. I exercise and eat really healthily. i don't know if it is my orange juice in the morning or my natural yougurt as I only eat meat and vegetables otherwise. I have stopped the onion and tomatoes but don't think it is food related. I do take multi vitamins in the morning on an empty stomach but have done so for years! can you pplease give me some advice/ Regards Wilma
