I Have Just Had An MRI Of My Head Due

I have just had an MRI of my head due to 6 mos of headaches (always at right eyebrow) and dizziness (sometimes debilitating). Also, my arms seem weaker than normal (am 55 yr female; very active). Found a 6mm enhancing nodule on right side hypothalamus. Suggested I see neurosugeon, which I did today. "Gliomas don't normally occur in that area, nor does metastatic tumors" was said. If the hypothalamus is as small as a pearl, I don't get it. My symptoms are real and really affecting me. I also have major ringing in my ears, esp the right ear, that is getting worse. I kind of feel like they don't think anything is going on, but, I swear, the symptoms seem worse each month. Is there something else I should seek out?
