I Have Kidney Failure And Am On Waiting List For

I have kidney failure and am on waiting list for kidney. I am a heroine addict in recovery using methadone as a means of maintaining sobriety. Because I dont make pee and the blood draw drug tests are impossibly expensive for the state, the clinic started testing me for drugs using a contraption which you put in your mouth and hold there for a few minutes. Recently I was prescribed topical lidocaine for a bone spur which protrudes from my gums causing severe pain. Anyway they informed me i'd tested positive for cocaine . I dont use it and have now been removed from the waiting list for a kidney. It is a death sentence for me unless I can show a cause for a false positive that isntjust some shifty fifty dollar email from a fake Doctor. Please help.Thank you.
