there are treatments so not to worry just visit a doctor ,there is hormone therapy for it which is given in form of drugs or injections................
I am sorry there is no effective treatment. Hormone therapy may do some good but may have adverse effect. It may be genetically predetermined. Thats why many sikhs have no or scanty beard.
