I Have Little Red Blotches On My Skin They Don't

I have little red blotches on my skin they don't have a head on them like a bite they're just little round and they do it I wake up with them in the morning on my legs sometimes on my arms and I've been told that it could be from stress hives but after a little while they'll be a little red dot in the middle but not all of them get that little red. So I do have some pictures but nobody seems to know what it is they just keep saying hives. They are not raised completely flat. Anti itch cream makes them not itch but not f o away. Been going on several months. I do have substantial stress in my life and am on medication for depression
