I Have Lower Abdomen Pain That Has Lasted For Years

I have lower abdomen pain that has lasted for years with numerous visits to doctors that has failed to get a reason for the pain. I had a colonoscopy this morning and everything is normal in the colon. Some medications and food result in some extraordinary amount of bleeding from the rectum. What direction should I go to get this issue resolved?
