I Have Lump On My Left Foot And And I Am 40 Years Old. Do I Need Medical Attention ?

I have a painless lump on the ball of my left foot. It is about the size of a dime and is located about an inch from my big toe . I am a 40 year old woman in good physical condition with no health problems.

Hello,
It could be a clump of tissue called ganglion or a fibroma which needs to be confirmed by examination and sos FNAC.Both conditions are benign but its better to get treatment due to the location of the lump where regular trauma can cause bleeding/infection etc.Please see a orthopedic surgeon.
