I Have Many Problems With Bleeding After Surgeries I Have

I have many problems with bleeding after surgeries I have factor 5 and Anti factor 5 , On the next two days I am to be on a low dose Daltaparin shot at hospital. I am very worried about this because I bleed and always bleed badly ,I have had DVT's and now also have a clot from knee to torsoe,I guess taking out gall bladder they don't want no more clots but it is very scarry to think about all the things that can go wrong!
