Did you have regular period before 3 months? At the beginning of initial cycles, irregular periods are common. Missed Periods happen due to work or academic stress, low or high thyroid functions, high prolactin, PCOD, exercise, work stress. -People Please Tell Me Something. Ive Only Missed A Period Once Because I Was Pregnant But Had A Miscarriage. Never Been Irregular And It Doesnt Explain My Pain. :(

It could be a tubular pregnancy. HcG tests could come up negative in this case. You need to go to the doctors so they can do an abdominal ultrasound immediately!!
